Location and Transportation
The Baan Saraan project is located at 194 Soi Sawasdee, Sukhumvit 31 Road, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok. The site is not on the main road, but in a community area, so it is suitable for people looking for a peaceful accommodation. Yet, it is convenient to travel as the location is not too far from BTS and MRT. There is also a shuttle service provided by the project. You can get to the project from 2 main routes that are Asok Montri Road and Sukhumvit Road. So you can visit the condo easily by car or public transport.

If you come from the Asok Montri Road, turn right into Soi Sukhumvit 21. When you reach the roundabout, choose Exit 2 to enter Soi Sukhumvit 31 or Soi Sawasdee for about 210 meters. Then turn left and drive about 200 meters, turn left again and drive about 100 meters. Turn left again, go for about 37 meters, turn right, and drive about 450 meters; you will see the project.

If you come from the Sukhumvit Road, Turn into Soi Sukhumvit 31, go straight for 900 meters before turning left at Soi Sukhumvit 31 for about 5 meters. Then, turn right at Sukhumvit 31, continue for about 100 meters, and turn right at Soi Sukhumvit 31 for about 450 meters, you will find the place.

The project is also close to Asoke BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Phetchaburi MRT. In terms of using public transportation. If you get off at Asoke BTS station, you can turn into Soi Cowboy, but if you get off at Sukhumvit MRT, you can go to the project via Soi Sukhumvit 21/1. Another option is to get off at Phetchaburi MRT; you can come to the project through Soi Sukhumvit 21.

This condo is suitable for living together as a family because the condo's area is very big, like a single house, which can accommodate many family members. Personally, I have lived here for about 5 years. Overall, this place is not like other condos, which is not crowded and busy because the number of residential units is only 42; compared to other buildings, it is definitely less crowded. The security system is also excellent. Parking is sufficient. Also, if we want to travel by train, the condo has a free shuttle service to the front of the station.

It is a spacious condo, like a detached house. It is comfortable and pleasant, and the location is good as it is close to such prosperity as Asoke BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and convenience stores. Various facilities are very convenient and private. The project consists of only 42 units, where it is not crowded. I am really impressed with my stay at Baan Saraan.

I visited this project and loved the condo concept; it is a detached-house style condo. There are only 40 units in this project, ranging from 1-5 bedrooms. The living area is spacious and functional. There is a balcony for the view outside. Some units are sold fully furnished, and some units are not furnished with a slightly lower price. The communal facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, fitness center. If you are staying here, I recommend using a private car, which is more convenient because the location is near Phetchaburi MRT, Asoke BTS, and Sukhumvit MRT. The Sukhumvit station can be a bit far; you have to walk for almost half an hour.

The location of the project is in Soi Sawasdee. It is very private and quiet. In this area, people are not crowded. The room has a very spacious 1 bedroom at almost 60 square meters. Also, the common area is completed with a swimming pool, a fitness center, and parking. The car park is inadequate for the residents. It's a popular place among the students.

The room is on the 6th floor, providing a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere. It is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with approximately 250 square meters wide, with a large balcony overlooking the pool scenery. Some furniture is installed in built-in style in the room, and I decorated a lot of new additions. The common area is not that special. There is a swimming pool on the 5th floor and a gym on the 2nd floor. The equipment sometimes is not enough for the users. The advantage is the good location. Traveling is not difficult !!
