Luxury condo near Phrom Phong BTS

It's a luxury and perfectly blended between location and all convenience nearby, well-matching the city men's needs. I love the classical architecture used with the building, making it beautiful and pleasant. Importantly, the atmosphere is so private as there is an excellent security system which I don't have to worry about anything. As for the location, it is located in the city center, the first reason I decided to buy this condo. It is surrounded by various conveniences, and it is also convenient to take the BTS.

The architectural design here is wonderful. Decorated in modern European style and spacious. The project can be excellently converted a resident into feels like a museum perfectly. The lobby area is full of grade A furniture and materials. The outside area is a shady garden decorated with exotic sculptures. I am impressed with the outstanding design here. The common area is decorated with many different pictures to make it look attractive, and there is a Lobby lounge to welcome guests. The staff over there provide excellent service, and you can contact for help at any time. Also, on the 27th floor, there is a swimming pool that I have never seen in any other project before. It is a salt system pool that can massage and heal our health completely. It divides zones for swimming as well. There is also a lounge for seeing the view at nightfall. There is a gym in the sky. Modern equipment is suitable for all applications, even a well designed private elevator that keeps privacy and security. I feel safe and peaceful living here. Here are some innovations that I love and feel they are worth paying. And if anyone is looking for accommodation in an excellent location, I think this place is a great choice, recommended !!

I visited friends who live here, and I can say that the condo is one of the most convenient projects in Bangkok. The condo is in a quality residential location, close to Phrom Phong BTS station and only 230 meters from the EmQuartier. Inside, it's lavish and extra elegant and decorated with a full set of fine furniture. The project's facilities include a swimming pool, garden, and extensive parking. Plus, the staff has excellent service. Although the price is a bit high, the value is great.

A luxury condo is located in the city center. The design is very modern, decorated in the color scheme that I like, especially the lobby area that looks very nice and many professional receptionists always help me well. A full range of facilities is also perfect, comprising concierge service, a swimming pool with an ozone system, a fitness center, and a very good security system. So you can be sure that it is safe during your vacation.

The first time I visited this project, it was a very fantastic luxury condo. The project facilities are very high-class; I like the beautifully decorated lobby and a swimming pool with an ozone-salt system. There are 3 types - 2 bedrooms, duplex, and penthouses; all rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings. Perfect location in Soi Sukhumvit 39, with so many restaurants in this alley, and 7-11 close to the project. Convenient to travel as Phrom Phong BTS is just 2 minutes away by foot.
