Direction to the Project
- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS Skytrain. The nearest station is Thong Lo BTS. Once you get off the station, head northwest on Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) for 400 meters. Then, turn right into Soi Sukhumvit 49 for 450 meters, and you will find the project on your left-hand side.
- To get to the project by car, you can start from Phetchaburi Tat Mai Intersection by heading south on Asok Montri Road/Soi Sukhumvit 21 for 1.4 kilometers. Then, turn left at Asok Montri Intersection to enter Sukhumvit Road (Route 3). Keep going for 1.9 kilometers and turn left again into Soi Sukhumvit 49. Go straight for 450 meters, and you will find the project on your left-hand side.

Such a perfect location!

A lovely low-rise condo! It has high privacy in a fantastic location on Soi Sukhumvit 49, and is surrounded by Japanese restaurants and other amenities. There is a spa just across the street, as well as a Japanese Fresh Market, and restaurants. It is perfect for those who like Japanese food. You can take the BTS to get to The Emporium and EmQuartier, just a few BTS stations away. The project has a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated and well equipped with a microwave, stove, and kettle. What I like the most is I can get a hot shower within a second. Unfortunately, this alley is quite narrow, and cars get stuck all the time. Walking is faster than driving.
