To get to the project by public transport, you can get off at Phrom Phong BTS, which is the nearest station to the project. Once you get off, head northeast on Route 3. Then, take a taxi to continue on Sukhumvit Road for 500 meters. Then, make a U-turn at Sawasdee Intersection and continue for 1.3 kilometers and turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 49 for 450 meters. Then, turn right onto Soi Sukhumvit 49/2; you will find the project on the left.
To get to the project by car, start from Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital and head south on Soi Sukhumvit 49 and turn left into Soi Klang for 500 meters. Then, continue onto Soi Sukhumvit 49/2 for 92 meters; you will find the project on the left.

Condos in the middle of the city provide privacy.

The condo I bought is a 1 bedroom studio condo. The project is decorated with a very modern design and luxurious furniture. There are also a lot of amenities including a swimming pool, a gym, and a rooftop garden. I really like this. Another reason I bought a condo here is because of the good location. It is a location that is convenient to travel in the city because you can use many roads around the project. If you know the area very well, it will save a lot of your time. Moreover, this place is not far from Villa Market (Sukhumvit 49) is only 7 minutes drive away. It's very convenient. Importantly, the location of this condo has a pretty good environment, suitable for living because it's quiet and less crowded, compared to the Thonglor area. For me, I think it's a good choice for people who want privacy.
