The Clover Thonglor project is located at Sukhumvit 55, Soi Thonglor 18, Khlong Tan Nuea Sub-District, Wattana District, Bangkok. You can access the project from several routes, such as from Sukhumvit road or Phetchaburi road, by private cars or public transportation.
If you come from Sukhumvit Road No.3 heading to Wattana District, turn right at Thonglor Intersection and go to Soi Sukhumvit 55, drive about 1.4 km before turning right into Soi Thonglor 18 or Soi Photibutr about 140 m., you will find the project on the right-hand side.
From Petchaburi Road towards the side of Watthana, make a U-turn at Ekamai North Intersection, drive about 400 m. before turning left into Soi Sukhumvit 55, go straight for about 1 km before turning right at Soi Thonglor 18, the project will be on the right side.
In terms of using public transportation, get off at Thonglor BTS heading southeast Along Sukhumvit Road, go into Soi Sukhumvit 55, drive about 1.4 km before turning right into Soi Thonglor 18, the project will be on the right-hand side.
The Clover Project is a low-rise condominium located on an area of approximately 6.5 rai. The project contains 5 buildings of 9-floor hight with a total of 590 units. The rooms are divided into 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom types. The usable area is from 35 - 70 sq.m.
