Direction to the project

- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS SkyTrain. The nearest station is Phrom Phong BTS. Once you get off the station, head southeast on Route 3 onto Soi Sukhumvit 37 for about 62 meters, then turn left into Soi Sukhumvit 39 for another 1.4 kilometers and turn left again. After that, go straight onto Soi Sukhumvit 31 / Soi Sawasdee for about 220 meters, and you will find the project.

- To get to the project by car, you can start from Villa Market by heading southeast on Route 3 for about 230 meters. After that, make a U-turn at Sukhumvit 24 and go straight for 500 meters. Then, turn right at Sawatdee Junction onto Soi Sukhumvit 31 and keep going for 550 meters. After that, turn left and remain on the alley for another 850 meters. Then turn right, and within 250 meters, you will find the project on your left.

A Japanese style condo located in a convenient area, where life and traveling are convenient. It is also close to restaurants and convenience stores. The project site is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Receptionists and guards are friendly and excellent service. The maids do their good job, giving a sense of staying at home. Very comfortable !!

For those who look for a modern contemporary condo, this condo is the one you look for. There are so many room types you can select from. Plus, the surrounding is nice with an expert management team. As it’s close to Phrom Phong BTS, making it so convenient to get anywhere. Plus, there are markets, department stores, hospitals, and restaurants nearby. I would say that this project suits everything I need.

I used to rent this place monthly. I really like it here. My room is a studio room, simple but comfortable. The Sexy Bath bathroom with a bathtub is my favorite. The kitchen has a hood, no worries about food smells. The swimming pool is on the ground floor, surrounded by shady trees. It is very suitable for relaxing. More importantly, it is located in a good location, not far from the Terminal 21 BTS, shops and restaurants, very convenient.

I rented the Siamese Gioia, which is worthwhile. The condo is decorated in a warm atmosphere, perfect for real relaxation. The 1 bedroom unit is luxuriously decorated and stylish. Also, it is completed with in-room facilities. The common area also facilitates everyday life more conveniently, including a comfortable swimming pool, fitness room, sauna room, on-site restaurant, and rooftop garden. Really answer my vacation needs !! The project is located in a good location, where I can easily get around, whether a Terminal 21, Japanese restaurants, and Rama 9 Hospital. This project is suitable for real residence. If anyone is looking for a condo for vacationing or accommodation, recommend it here. All in one place.
