-To get to the project by BTS, you can take Phrom Phong BTS station. When getting off the station, turn left into Soi Sukhumvit 39. Go straight for about 1.3 kilometers, and you will reach the project next to the main road on the right-hand side.
-To get to the project by car, you can start from the Asoke-Phetchaburi intersection. Go straight on New Petchburi Road for about 1.2 kilometers and turn right into Soi Phetchaburi 38/1. This project has many advantages, especially in the location, because it is accessible to both Sukhumvit Road and Petchaburi Road. No matter which way you travel, it's quick and easy. It is also a place surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. Not far from the Emporium and The EmQuartier.The building is only 8 stories high, so there are not many residents. Relatively peaceful and private. Common areas are considered complete for low rise condos. It provides excellent convenience, including all common areas on the very convenient rooftop. The staff is helpful. I think that it is worth the price paid and suitable for who is looking for a tranquil condo. Recommend here!!
