Directions to the project
In terms of using public transport, you can use the BTS Skytrain. The closest station is Thong Lo BTS. Go straight for 110 meters until you reach Thonglor intersection, then turn left. Keep walking for 1.6 kilometers, then turn right for another 87 meters. You will find the project on your right-hand side. If you don't prefer walking, you can take the taxi to the project.
If you travel by private car, start from Asoke Intersection, drive straight for about 2.4 kilometers. When you find Thonglor Intersection, turn left and go straight for 1.6 kilometers. Then, turn right into the alley about 87 meters, and you will find the project on the right-hand side.
Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale.
In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name. The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota.
