I have the opportunity to visit the project's mock-up room. I must say that I am so impressed. The building is beautiful, elegant, and modern. It comes with complete furniture in the common area, so there is no need to get anywhere. What I like the most is the parking area, which has over 300 cars and a supercar parking zone. There's also an EV charger, so it's very responsive. The condo is located in the city center, on Sukhumvit Road, only 400 meters from the Thonglor BTS station, and surrounded by amenities that are within walking distance. Prices are a little high. However, when you consider the benefits you will receive in the future, it is a very worthwhile investment.
