This Place is The Heaven on This Earth!!

It's Truth that this place is the duplicated version of Heaven. What I said it might too over but it's real. I visited there once to see my friend. The room was so big, clean, cozy and warm. The Lobby and the park are good decoration. The staff are very friendly like I'm in the 5 stars hotel. The gym and the swimming pool are so insane!! I mean there are very stunning!! That time I was there just to visit but next time I promise I gonna buy my own one.

In the beginning, I chose this project because I had to move to the Ekkamai area, and I saw this project for sale. The project was fascinating, as it's affordable compared to other projects at the same level. The highlight of the project is its location on Ekkamai Road near Petchaburi Road. This makes it convenient for people who use a private car that connects many other routes. And the project is surrounded by restaurants, markets, and shops facilitating residents. The project has unique room layouts. This is a one-bedroom loft-style room with a 2-floor, size 34 sq.m, and the ceiling is 4.2 meters high. The first floor of the room is spacious with ​​the kitchen, bathroom, and living room to design to suit our lifestyle. The room's materials meet the standard; for example, a kitchen set from MEX's stove and hood, a lot of built-in furniture. The kitchen is in an open space, so it's quite limited if you want to cook the dishes with strong smells. It might make the whole room smelly all day long. The room's slight downside is the stairs, which are quite steep, and each step's width is small, a bit dangerous. The project's facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, gardens. Most of them are on high floors. When you go there, you can also enjoy the view from the rooftop of the project. But another problem here is the lack of a parking lot. It is quite limited. Plus, the project is quite far from Ekkamai BTS, which is not within walking distance. It would be best if you took a motorcycle taxi, and it only cost about 30 baht. That is another option if you don't want to drive.
