And we moved forward to condominium business in 2012 by opening "The Unique Ladprao 26", 8-storey condominium, 62 units, with highly response from customers. In December 2012, we launched another project called "The Unique Ladprao 10", 10-storey condominium, 125 units, and finished selling all units within 3 months after presale period.
