The common area maintenance fee at The Honor is ฿155 per square meter based on the plot size of the property. This fee has to be paid every month by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.
Huai Khwang MRT is the nearest MRT from The Honor and it is 5.9 km away.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand, non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years, and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

I've stayed and love it as the gated area gives a sense of privacy, and the house area is perfectly proportioned. The living and the dining rooms are designed overlooking the swimming pool. Apart from that, I like the swimming pool with a large area that can set the dining table for barbecue grills and set a party by the swimming pool. Inside the house, there are both kitchens which are European and Thai. The European pantry allows for easy cooking, but I don't recommend it because the food smell will disturb the house area. When I want to cook, I usually use the Thai kitchen because there is a door that can close when cooking, reducing and preventing the smell and smoke from cooking. The second floor will be the master bedroom with a bathroom, built-in walk-in closet, home theater, and a family room where we always spend time together. For the location, it is considered good and access many amenities such as Central Park, Central Festival East Ville, making my life easier. Overall, I am satisfied with this house.
