I have been living here for almost a year. It is a high-rise condo with 31 floors on Wutthakat Road, close to the Sathon - Si Lom area, which is the potential location on the Thon Buri side. I think this place is suitable for both living and investing because the location is good, easy access to the city's center or get out of the town. There is a large 7-Eleven and a small local market nearby as well. The project itself has a modern design, an L-shaped floor plan, and a tranquil atmosphere. There are many different rooms for the customers to choose from, ranging from studios to two bedrooms. All are fully furnished with various furniture, kitchen set, air conditioning, etc. There are also basic facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness, jacuzzi, relaxation area, garden and many more. Recommend for anyone looking for a good condo with full facilities.
