- To get to the project by car, you can start from the Greeny Grass System by heading west along Kamphaeng Phet 7 Road for 700 meters. Then, turn left onto Ramkhamhaeng Road for 210 meters. Once you reach Khlong Tan Intersection, continue onto Sukhumvit Soi 71 Road for 280 meters and slightly left at S. K. Motor Sport Limited Partnership. Continue straight for 230 meters and turn left again to enter Sukhumvit Soi 71 Road. After that, keep going for 220 meters; you will find the project on your left-hand side.

It's a new luxury and modern condo near Ramkhamhaeng ARL, including department stores, schools, shops, and restaurants, making my life easier. My one-bedroom unit is fully furnished. The common area is full of modern facilities such as a sky gym, a restaurant, a garden, and a rooftop pool that I often go swimming in. I can feel at ease because this place has a 24 hours security system as well. So great!
