Direction to the Project
To get to the project by mass transit, you can get off at Hua Mak ARL, which is the nearest ARL station. Exit the station and take the bus to Pattanakarn Road for 1.7 kilometers; you will find the project on the left.
To get to the project by car, start from Phatthanakan Intersection and head west on Pattanakarn Road for 1.8 kilometers. Then turn left onto Soi Phatthanakan 38 for 1.2 kilometers. Continue and turn left into Pruksa Avenue for 500 meters. When you reach the roundabout, take Exit 3 to continue on 500 meter and go straight. You will find the project on the left.

This house is a modern style house. The size of the house is large, with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a garage space that can park up to 2 cars. The house layout is well divided into different areas, decorated with furniture and highly premium materials, while the outside area has a garden for planting trees, and for pets to run and play. The most impressive thing is that there is a large club house, a fitness center with a lot of exercise equipment, a large garden and security for 24 hours. The project is near Bangkok Hospital, Ramkhamhaeng Demonstration School, and close to The Mall Bangkapi as well. If you are looking for a big house with easy travelling, this is the answer!
