I think this townhome project is an interesting project because it is not too far from BTS. This zone is known as the On Nut-Pattanakarn zone, that is very convenient to travel near BTS and motorcycle taxis. This area is full of food carts and amenities such as Big C, 7-Eleven, Tesco Lotus, and a market, which is very fertile. The price of townhomes starts at around 6.5 million baht. They are 3-3.5 story townhomes, but it's worth it because it has a security system. Inside the project, the area looks airy, open, with lots of light. This is suitable for families with a higher income. Another highlight is the outstanding communal area. There is a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and a shady atmosphere.
