The 34th floor is called Nimman Lounge, where there are a reading corner and a small pantry for making tea, coffee, and drinks inside the room. Inside the project, there will be a 24-hour security system and CCTV cameras as well as the 24 hours concierge service.

Direction to Project
- Traveling by car, many routes connect to the project, either Rama 4 or Narathiwat Road. Also, there is the expressway near the project heading to Bang Na, Chaengwattana, Rama III, and Dao Khanong Road. It is convenient to go to the city center.
- According to the project location, traveling by public transport is very easy because it is close to Lumpini MRT with a distance of 700 meters; there is a bus stop in front of the project, including taxi and motorbike services.

The atmosphere is good and different from other condos which are located in the city center. The on-site is tranquil and uncrowded. The room is spacious, clean, and safe. Besides, there are various facilities which are very private. The facilities comprise a communal pool, a reading room, and a lounge. Similarly, there is room service, delivering food to the room, and other premium services.

The condo is clean, well-maintained, and private. The location is safe because there is a security system available 24/7. The convenience and privacy here are very good. A Swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, yoga, and the atmosphere attract relaxation. The views and scenery are comfortable to look at and delighted. In addition, this condo is not far from prosperity. It is also surrounded by MRT, BTS, shopping malls, restaurants, convenience stores, and many more, suitable for anyone who likes comfort.

The condo here is luxurious and worth paying. The interior is luxuriously decorated, and the room was installed with premium-quality furniture. Plus, a full range of facilities are provided, whether a yoga room, a swimming pool, a sauna, and a tennis court. The staff is helpful. Traveling can be called convenient because the condo is in the city center. The outside area is quite crowded, but the inside is very quiet and gives you a lot of privacy.

Since I have been staying here, I am very impressed with the condo's atmosphere and interior because it brings Sukhothai art and modern style to make it a beautiful place to live in. It is also surrounded by trees and lotus ponds, giving a feeling of shady and relaxation. The room interior is decorated with fine furniture and a perfect match with the design. I have been renting here for 1 month, so happy like relaxing in a resort amid nature. Forget that it's in the heart of Bangkok.

This condo has a very nice atmosphere. Good location in the city center, close to the expressway, MRT and BTS. Good looking for the common area, and I love the tennis court. The private elevator made me feel more privacy.

Even located in Bangkok's Sathorn CBD area, which is busy, the condo atmosphere is perfect and has excellent facilities. My favorite is probably the rooftop bar, where I often come to have a drink and relax after work. The room I bought has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, very spacious with luxurious furniture. I like it here.

The project is located in the center of the business district. It is always called as a crowded and busy place. Even though it is on Sathorn Road, the project is located in a very deep alley from the main road where there are houses for both alley's side. The project's surrounding is tranquil when you reach it. It brings the feeling of privacy because the project is surrounding by many trees as though you have a relaxing at a resort. To enter the project, moreover, there are many routes. The most important thing about this project is that you can get a stunning view of the room's corner. Traveling is very convenient because it is in the middle of the city. You can either drive a car or take MRT Skytrain, just 700 meters from the project, even walk or ride the motorcycle to the station. The outside of the building is a simple design. However, The project focuses on the interior design area that is a unique decoration. The room space is nicely proportioned and functional. The materials are perfect products imported abroad, the built-in kitchen set from the brand Poggenpohl (imported from German), and built-in refrigerators also provided. Another recognized highlight is that the project provides the same management team as the hotel. The hotel's concept emphasizes, "More than living is getting THE BEST SERVICE," impressing the residents. All residents are serviced with 5-star service. It also includes a 24-hour concierge service and room service that we can order food to the room, food taste as the hotel's standard, which has this kind of service, makes the residents feel the real relaxation from their home.
