Personally, I love privacy, and I decided to rent a room here. At first, it was a short-term contract because I intended to leave when it expired if it did not meet my expectations. Anyway, with a calm atmosphere, not chaotic, and its location proximity to the Centralplaza Rama 3, I consider it very convenient to buy groceries. For the common area here, I can tell you that it's complete. There are large swimming pools and a gym. Most importantly, there are more than 100% of car parking spaces available, ensuring that it is sufficient for parking. However, I have been here for 3 years, and I’m very impressed.
