To get to the project by BTS SkyTrain, the nearest station is Phaya Thai BTS. Then, head northeast along Phaya Thai Road for about 180 meters, and turn right at Phaya Thai Intersection to Sri Ayutthaya Road. Keep going for 290 meters to Sri Ayutthaya Road. Within 250 meters, you will find the project on the left-hand side.

To get to the project by car, you can start at Phyathai Hospitals 1. Firstly, head northeast toward Soi Sri Ayutthaya 1 for about 150 meters. Then, take the second lane to turn left onto Sri Ayudhya Road and drive for another 350 meters. After that, make a U-turn and keep going for 260 meters. Swerve left onto Sri Ayudhya Road and go straight for 160 meters. After that, slightly left to remain on Sri Ayudhya for another 94 meters, and you will find the project on your left-hand side.

I rented a spacious one bedroom with a full set of furniture, which is convenient. Another thing that I like is the spacious and fully-equipped gym. The corporate staff provides excellent service and is always helpful. The project is not far from Phayathai BTS station, making it very convenient to travel around. Just across the road, you can get to Phyathai Hospital, making me feel reassured if there is an emergency.

It's a new condo with many room types to choose from, one-bedroom to three-bedrooms. Inside, the room is spacious, decorated in a modern style. The common area has complete facilities such as a saltwater infinity pool, sauna, fully-equipped gym, and a rooftop garden. More importantly, it's only 650 meters away from the Phaya Thai BTS. The condo is also close to the Victory Monument and the Uruphong highway. Plus, Ratchaprarop APL is only 450 meters away, or a few minutes walk. Center One Shopping Plaza and Rajavithi Hospital are also nearby. Last but not least, there are quite a lot of parking spaces, unlike other condos in the city, which is perfect.
