Direction to the Project

-To get to the project by car, you can start from Victory Monument BTS, with a distance of about 1.1 kilometers, or it takes about 3 minutes to travel. Then, head southwest on Phaya Thai Road to go onto Rangnam Road with a distance of about 71 meters. After that, turn left at the Rangnam intersection to enter Rangnam Road and continue for about 700 meters. Finally, turn left again behind Kuang Seafood (On the left), drive straight for about 350 meters, and you will find the Chewathai Ratchaprarop on the right.

-To get to the project by the Skytrain, you can get the BTS service and choose to get off at Victory Monument BTS station, with a distance of about 850 meters or it takes about 11 minutes to walk. Then, heading northeast on Phaya Thai Road to go onto Soi Ratchawithi 11, a distance of about 210 meters. After reaching the roundabout, use Exit 1 to enter Ratchawithi Road and walk for about 220 meters. Finally, turn right onto Ratchaprarop Road, walk for about 130 meters, and you will find the Chewathai Ratchaprarop and be able to call a taxi service motorbike taxis and taxis. It will add more convenience and faster as well.

I just worked for five years and saved enough money to buy a two-bedroom condo with a unit area of about 50 square meters. Probably. It's a new condo that was just completed in December 2009. The cost of living alone or with a partner is not incredibly expensive. However, it is not ideal for living with a large family because it may be too cramped. The location is also considered to be convenient, as it is close to Skytrain stations and only a few minutes away. It is easily and comfortably accessible to all places without regard for traffic congestion. The project facilities are the same as in other condos, and the pool is too small in comparison to the total units (nearly 300). The gym is small and has limited exercise equipment. Actually, the condo here is considered old, but it has been meticulously maintained, and it seems new. The overall condition is good. However, I would like anyone to consider this condo, which is located in the heart of the city and is easily accessible for traveling, rather than focusing on the condo condition.
