- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the bus to get to the project. The nearest bus stop is the one opposite Chapter One Ratburana. There is bus no. 6 (Bang Lamphu - Phra Pradaeng) and bus no. 37 (ปอ.) (AC) (Chaeng Ron - Mahanak) that runs every 15 minutes and 20 minutes. Once you get off the bus, walk across to the other side of Rat Burana Road, and you will find the project on your right-hand side.

A Dutch-style condo on the banks of the Chao Phraya river

This project is close to the Chao Phraya river. There are numerous amenities nearby, including shops, restaurants, department stores, and hospitals. In addition, the project has almost 2,000 residential units but still offers a beautiful and private atmosphere. Near the entrance, there are shady trees and a wide walkway leads to the Chao Phraya River, where you can enjoy a morning walk, jogging, or cycling as well. There are two large swimming pools separated by little bushes and trees. The entire project is decorated in Dutch style, including the shops. It is adorable. I purchased a 2 bedroom unit here. It is very bright, airy, and has a panoramic view of the Chao Phraya River. It also offers a great security system. Excellent value for money.
