I have stayed here for 4 years, its very convenient for people who drive a car or without. There's motobike to go to the nearest APL station (Hua Mak) , It can easily access to town or Survanabhumi airport. Inside the mooban have their own private gym and swimming pool. All managed well by the management.Overall , its really good location and convenient place to stay. And not to mention, the price is affordable compare to the city unit. It's very suitable for family stay.

The project's located next to Stamford University, which can connect to Rama 9 intersection in just 15 minutes, so it's easy to access to the city and close to the airport. Convenient travel and near the airport link station. The highlight is the project is affordable! I bought a second-hand townhome from the previous owner, which is fully furnished. The interior is modern and in good condition. There is parking for 2 cars. The atmosphere inside the project is cozy and chill from shady trees. The neighbors are friendly. The ones living next door always bring me food. Within the project, there are also common areas such as a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, and a garden for your leisure time, and what we are very impressed with is the management here. Easy to contact the staff and receive a quick solution from any problem.
