The house I bought was a large detached house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. I decided to buy a big house because I wanted to be with my parents. This project is located on Pattanakarn Road, which is relatively peaceful, not crowded, and provides high privacy. Besides, it offers a private and relaxing atmosphere, as well as a large clubhouse as well. I can confidently say that it is a worthwhile decision because the project offers full facilities. There is a swimming pool, living room, fitness center, and a large communal garden with an excellent security system and CCTV at the entrance and exit, as well as crucial spots in the project. Personally, although the project is not in the center of the city, I still feel it is convenient. In this neighborhood, there are also Lotus market, MaxValu-Phatthanakan, and other shopping malls. Overall, my family and I are very impressed here.
