Direction to the project
To get to the project by car, you can start in front of Udom Suk BTS by heading south on Route 3 for 350 meters onto Soi Sukhumvit 101/5. Then, go straight for 350 meters, and make a U-turn at Soi Sukhumvit 68. After that, go straight for 1.5 kilometers, and you will find the project on your left-hand side.

To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS SkyTrain. The nearest station is Udom Suk BTS. Once you get off the station, head north on Route 3 toward Soi Soi Sukhumvit. Then, go straight for 515 meters. Within 650 meters, you will find the project on the left-hand side.

It’s such a perfect condo

I just moved to this condo for a while. As for the room, it’s divided into precise proportions with some furniture and electrical appliances. The room size is proper, not too narrow or spacious. Also, it’s close to Punnawithi BTS, so it’s quite easy to get anywhere. There is a large outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a garden. Plus, there is a greenery area throughout the project, which is quite lovely. Most importantly, this condo is close to department stores and restaurants, such as Chokdee Dim Sum, Siam Paradise Night Bazaar, and Emporium. The rental price is reasonable. It’s such a perfect condo for me.
