Direction to the Project
- To get to the project by public transportation, you can get the BTS at the Ari BTS Station. When exiting the station, continue heading north onto Phahon Yothin Road for 30 meters. After that, turn left onto Soi Phahon Yothin 7 and continue straight for 350 meters. Then, turn right onto Soi Ari 4 Nua and continue further for 350 meters. Finally, turn left again onto Soi King Chamnan Aksorn to continue straight for only 100 meters, and you will find the project on the left.
- To get to the project by car, you can start from Victory Monument by heading northeast onto Phahon Yothin Road (Route 1) for 2.5 kilometers. After that, turn left onto Soi Phahon Yothin Soi 9 and continue straight for 170 meters. Then, turn left again onto Soi King Chamnan Aksorn to continue for 350 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

A brand new condo sets in the heart of Soi Ari. It's in a great location, surrounded by amenities, whether it is both shops, restaurants, and many famous cafes. The journey is convenient, with many routes accessible, and ideal for using private vehicles and BTS since it is 800 meters close to Ari BTS station. What's more, you can connect to everywhere via motorbike and taxi services. The condo is also ideal for those who value their privacy because there are few neighbors since there are only 39 residential units. The room is quite large, and the common area is completely serviced. It's well worth it.
