Traveling by car: You can start from Seacon Bang Khae, head west on Petchkasem Road (Route 4) for about 1.3 kilometers, turn left at Bang Khae Intersection onto Bang Khae Road, and continue straight for 900 meters. Brand new townhome project near Sathorn area.

I work in the Sathorn area and because of the high cost of living in the area, buying a house is extremely difficult. Until last year, I came across this project that is not too far from the Sathorn area. I liked it when I first saw it. This townhome project is ideal for my lifestyle because it is energy-efficient, airy, and filled with natural light. The common area is impressive with a wide range of services. The safety here is excellent. There is an anti-theft alarm that can alert the mobile phone, and entering and exiting the project is operated by the Easy Pass system. It's also not far from Bang Khae MRT station, making it extremely convenient.
