Direction to the Project
- To get to the project by public transport, you can choose to use the BTS Skytrain service, then choose to get off at Ratchadamri BTS Station. Exit from the station and head south along Ratchadamri Road 450 meters and turn left after UAT M Group Building (on the left). After that, continue straight for 150 meters, turn left, and continue again for 92 meters. Then, turn right, go straight for only 13 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

- To get to the project by private car, you can start from Ratchadamri BTS Station by heading north along Ratchadamri Road to onto Soi Mahatlek Luang 2 and continue straight for only 82 meters. Then, make a U-turn at Soi Mahatlek Luang 2 to drive further for another 650 meters. After that, turn left behind the UAT M Group Building intersection on the left. Then, turn left to continue for 90 meters. Turn right to continue again for only 13 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

Condo near BTS Ratchadamri Station

I have been here since the project was recently completed. So it is about 10 years now. However, the condo is old but still in good condition compared to completed projects in the same year. It might be because the materials used in the construction are of good quality and get good care from staff. The room I live in is a one-bedroom, which is very spacious. My girlfriend and I live here comfortably. The common area comprises several facilities. Even though it may not be as modern as new condos, the neighborhood has shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and Peninsula Plaza department store, where you can buy food and necessary items. More importantly, the transportation is very convenient; just a few minutes walk to BTS Ratchadamri Station. Overall, I wasn't disappointed at all to buy a condo here.
