Then, continue heading south on Ratchadamri Road to Soi Mahadlekluang 3 for about 71 meters. After that, turn left to Soi Mahadlekluang 3, continue for about 120 meters, and you will find the Baan Somthavil project on the left.

- To get to the project by public transport, you can get the BTS and choose to get off at the nearest station, Ratchadamri BTS. Then, continue walking down the stairs at Exit 1 and head southwest to Ratchadamri Road about 8 meters. After that, turn right to enter Ratchadamri Road and walk for about 37 meters. Finally, turn right into Soi Mahadlekluang 3, walk about 120 meters, and you will find the Baan Somthawin project on the left.

A luxury condo in the heart of the big city near BTS Station

I just decided to buy a studio condo here, which is a small room suitable for living alone like me because I just moved to work in Bangkok. Personally, I don't like renting rooms. However, this place is in a very good location near shopping malls, restaurants, and convenience stores that open for 24 hours. Better yet, it is near Ratchadamri BTS, just less than a 5-minute walk to the condo. Usually, I don't use a private car anymore, so it's perfect, and this is the main reason to buy a condo here. However, the price is high and a bit old. But I want to say that even though it's old and built for a very long time, both the building and the room are well cared for. The service of the staff at the lobby and the security guards are very friendly. There are monthly rentals, short term, and long term as well. So in case anyone is interested, you can come and visit first. Oh, I'm not a sham!!
