This townhouse is pleasant to live in because the entrance is spacious and lined with many restaurants, parks, and kids' playgrounds. The general ambiance is nice, and the next-door neighbors are lovely. I rented a three-story townhouse, with the first floor dedicated to the pharmacy and the second and third floors dedicated to living. It is considered affordable and can be used for a variety of purposes. There are also 2 car parking spaces and can double park. It was partially furnished, which impressed me, and customers stopped by all the time to use the service. It is also close to Phet Kasem Road, allowing for easy access, and is near Big C, Makro, and the hospital. A very worthwhile and attractive investment.
