Traveling by car: You can start from Bang Chak BTS Station, head northwest along Highway 3 for about 1.1 km, drive on 2 far-left lanes and turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 50 for 750 meters. Afterward, turn left onto Soi Sawasdee 4 for another 200 meters, turn right onto Soi Sukhumvit 50, Sawasdee 4 intersection and continue straight for 54 meters. The project will be on the right.

Very large rooms.

The advantage here would be the very large rooms compared to other condos in this area. Plus, the room is also well designed, fully furnished and modern. The condo staff is helpful and polite. The swimming pool is big, and the fitness room is nice. The only disadvantage is that the overall condition of the condo looks a bit old. Frankly speaking, the location is quiet and convenient for travel. The condo is close to the expressway and many shopping malls like Lotus's Sukhumvit and Big C On Nut.
