Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from the front of Sukumvit Hospital by heading southeast along Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) for about 1.2 kilometers. Then, slightly turn left behind the intersection of Cazz hostel & Coffee Shop (on the left) and go straight for 270 meters. After that, slightly turn left onto Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) for another 400 meters and then turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit Plus 1 and go straight for only 94 meters. Next, turn right into Soi Sukhumvit Plus 2 for only 9 meters, and you will find the project on your left

To get to the project by public transport, you can get to the project by taking the BTS SkyTrain. The nearest station is Phra Khanong BTS. Once you get off the station, head southeast along Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) for only 93 meters, and turn right at Phra Khanong Junction. Then, go straight onto Rama 4 Road for another 88 meters and turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit Plus 2. Within 46 meters, you will find the project on the right.

Less than 5mins walk to BTS, very convenient location with everything walking distance near by (schools, shops, restaurants, bars, fresh market etc). Office staff have consistently been good over the time I've lived here, security always friendly and welcoming. Maintained very well, condo is always keeping things maintained and looking good. 2 level car park can always find a space. Large swimming pool, small basic gym. Great value for money as rooms as good size (1bed 49m2, 2bed 69m2).
This condo seems like my second home.

I've been staying here for almost 3 years now and don't think I will change my mind and move to another place. I'd say it's worth it. The atmosphere was quiet. Although it is an old condo, it's well-maintained. The staff is very good, from security guards to legal officers. The pool is big and very clean. Unfortunately, the gym doesn't have any new equipment to update. The room that I rent is a one-bedroom unit. The interior is spacious enough with modern furniture decoration. The owner takes good care of the room. Most importantly, it is near the city center and a 5-minute walk to Phra Khanong BTS. The restaurant is easy to find and inexpensive. I love that it's like my second home already. Highly recommended!!!
