Location and Transportation
Siri At Sukhumvit project is located at 902 Sukhumvit Road, Klongtoey District, Phra Khanong, Bangkok. The project is between Soi Sukhumvit 38 and Soi Sukhumvit 40, close to Thonglor BTS station, the nearest station. The location is considered the bustle and economic area of Bangkok because there are shopping centers, companies, and residences surrounding. You can access the project from many routes, such as Sukhumvit Road or New Petchburi Road, by either private cars or public vehicles.
If you travel from Sukhumvit Road, head east to Sukhumvit Road ( Road No.3), and make a U-turn at Sukhumvit Soi 40 or Soi Ban Kluai Tai, drive about 120 meters, the project location will be on the left-hand side.
If you take New Petchburi Road, turn left into Soi Sukhumvit 55 for about 1.2 km. Then, turn right onto Soi Thonglor 13 and turn left onto Soi Thonglor 17 for approximately 84 meters. Turn left again to Soi Thonglor 11, and turn right at The Test Thonglor intersection. Keep driving for about 1.1 km before turning left onto Sukhumvit Road No.3 about 190 meters, and then make a U-turn at Soi Sukhumvit 40 or Soi Ban Kluai Tai, drive about 120 meters. You will find the project location on the left-hand side.
If you use the BTS, get off at Thonglor BTS Station at Exit 4, and head southeast to Sukhumvit Road about 210 meters, you will find the project location.
Siri At Sukhumvit Project is a high-rise condominium, a single 34-floor building, located on an area of almost 1 rai with a total of 460 residential units. The starting price of about 200,000 baht / sq.m.
For residential units, it is divided into 3 types of rooms: 1 bedroom (48-51 sq.m.), 2 bedroom (60-94 sq.m.), and 3 bedrooms (99- 112 sq m). The residential area starts from the 5th floor onward, and there will be a maximum of 18 residential units on each floor.
The rooms are laid out into 5 main areas: kitchen and dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The project provided is a fully-fitted room that offers some built-in furniture and allows freedom of decoration to the residents so that they can choose to decorate the room as desired. The project also provides a full glass in every room so that the residents can enjoy a panoramic view and get natural light, making the room more airy and comfortable.

Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale.
In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name. The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota.
