Not bad, but not well maintained

I have been living here 9 months- A pretty good condo but the exterior and pool are not well maintained- parts are crumbling. Has a gym, but few free-weights- dumbells only, so for me it's worthless. Has a pool table but terrible table roll- that's kind of a metaphor for the rest of the building. The staff and tenants here are good people.
The room is large, and the view is beautiful and convenient to travel.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with 4 people, suitable for my family and it's not too narrow. The first time we moved in, the bathroom smelled bad, and I informed the staff. So they assigned someone to get it fixed. After that, there were no problems with broken items. I sensed that the staff was helpful and the security system here was excellent. The condo is big and easy to travel to because it is 200 meters close to On Nut BTS, just 5 minutes walk. There are swimming pools and facilities on the rooftop, which are beautiful sitting areas. I think the price is reasonable. If anyone is looking for a condo in the On Nut area, I think this is another good option.

The good condo is conveniently located near On Nut BTS, Lotus, Century shopping centers, shops, and restaurants. There are a swimming pool, relaxation area, and parking space for residents. Big room and a full set of modern furniture. There are a lot of foreigners living as well.
