Directions to the project
To get to the project by car, you can start by heading south on Sukhumvit Road, passing Asok Intersection to reach Ratchadaphisek Road. Go straight for about 500 meters, and you will find the project on your left-hand side.

To get to the project by public transport, you can use the BTS Skytrain, and the closest station is Asoke BTS Station. After getting off from BTS Station, take Exit 6 to connect to Skywalk to enter Exchange Tower, then continue walking to the exit in front of the building. Then, head south for about 400 meters, and you will find the project on your left.

A condo in a great location, located on Ratchadaphisek Road, and just 750 meters from Asoke BTS. The area is a business center with large prosperity, covering shops, restaurants, and famous department stores. This condo is another project outstanding in luxury, reflecting in decoration and furniture selection. The residential units available in 1 and 2 bedrooms with various facilities such as a swimming pool, parking space, and a fully-equipped fitness center. This project is another very interesting project.

After speaking with a FazWaz sales representative, the staff gave in-depth information about the project. It made me realize that this project is interesting, whether in terms of location. It is in Bangkok, and on the opposite side is the shady Benjakitti Park; it would help relax on a tiring day from work, although it is caught in traffic. But, it's not a problem as we can walk a little bit to reach the BTS station. Plus, it is located near Terminal 21 as well, very convenient. The room that I am interested in is a 1 bedroom room, but the 2nd 1-bedroom type is a bit wider than the normal one bedroom room. Besides, the bathroom can be accessed in 2 ways. Another thing I like is that all facilities are placed on the high floor of the building, which adds value to the project as well. After thinking to buy it or not for several days, I have now decided to buy it because I think I can sell or rent it out easily in the future.

I am looking for a condo in the Khlong Toei area. My friend recommended the Whizdom Asoke - Sukhumvit, the under-construction condo located in the potential of the Klong Toey area. So, I decided to go and see the example. It was impressive because it was very modern and well equipped. Importantly, the condo is perfectly located and has easy access. Plus, it is close to tourist attractions, suitable as a residence.

I am interested in this project with a prime location in the heart of the city. It is located on Ratchadapisek Road and closes to Asok BTS station and Sukhumvit MRT station, at a reasonable price. The condo near Terminal 21 shopping mall is about 700 meters, which is a walking distance. I have inspected a 1 bedroom; Type B2 unit because I want to have a little bigger room. Spacious living room area. The bathroom has 2 entrances, one from a bedroom and one from the kitchen area, offering privacy if you have guests who want to use your bathroom. Anyone interested in buying it for investment is also suitable because the condo is located in the busy business district of Asoke. I think it is a good choice.
Project location is near BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit.

The condo location is convenient for traveling and only 450 meters close to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations. The project front side is close to Ratchadaphisek Road, and the backside is close to Soi Sukhumvit 16. It is also surrounded by shopping malls, office shops, and offices. Amazingly, my room offers a beautiful lake view and greenery at Benjakitti Park, giving a feeling of relaxation. Life is convenient for all aspects, and it is worth buying for living and renting out.
Great condo in city center

I'm not disappointed that I decided to buy the room in this place. It is a condo in the city center. It's located between Ratchadaphisek Road and Soi Sukhumvit 16, close to the Asok Montri intersection, making it easy to connect to many roads. Also, it is surrounded by malls, restaurants, and shops. The room I bought is a proper size 1-bedroom unit, and it's fully fitted. It comes with some built-in furniture, and all of them are of high-quality, which is so cost-effective. Also, the floor plan is a single corridor, which I like because it feels very private. The facilities are located on the upper floor, so it allows me to enjoy the city view. Overall, I am satisfied with this place.
