A luxury condo in Sukhumvit area with good spacious parking

If you don't like to use public transport, the project here definitely meets your requirements because it has automatic and ordinary parking. It comprises 2 buildings, which are extremely spacious and comes with premium-grade materials and decoration. Even though it was recently completed, there were many residents, and most of them are foreigners. This condo is near my office, where I can walk for about 10-15 minutes. You can also connect to various places in Bangkok easily by Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, for a 10-minute walk and close Terminal 21 shopping center. The condo facilities include a swimming pool, sky-bar, a conference room, and a fully equipped gym.

I am very interested in this project and believe that the project will have a great view. Apart from a good location, the project is located near Benjakitti Park. Convenient travel. The atmosphere is inviting to live in and highly private. The one-bedroom unit is suitable for living alone as the room may not be large. The room space is well allocated. There are a lot of facilities in a common area such as the meeting room, a swimming pool, and a reception. The parking lot is ample. Now the project is almost finished. I'm so excited.

I bought a 2 bedroom unit because I love the design, which is beautiful, luxurious, and modern. The project location is located in the city center near Asoke BTS. The project site includes a communal pool, a gym, sky lounge, sky bar, car parking, and an excellent security system, easy and convenient for life in the future. I, therefore, decided to buy it then.
It is a new project in the center.

It is a new project in the center of Soi Sukhumvit 16, not far from Asoke BTS, about 10 minutes walk. There is a Family Mart where you can find essentials for an opening for 24 hours in front of the alley. This neighborhood is a somewhat busy district. It's crowded because there are many offices around the area. Anyways, it is not my problem because I bought it for investment and rent out. The room I purchased is a large one-bedroom at almost 70 SqM with simply luxurious decoration. The built-in furniture from leading brands is quite extraordinary. From the room, I can see the charming Benjakitti Park view. Friendly staff with excellent service. Another highlight is the atmosphere from the rooftop bar, fabulous!
