To get to the project by car, start from Mitsamphan Intersection, head southwest towards Soi Nana Nua (Soi Sukhumvit 3) for 900 meters. When you reach Nana Intersection, continue driving to Soi Sukhumvit 4 for 350 meters. Turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 6 for 110 meters; you will find the project on the right.

Old condo, but the rental fee is not high, ideal for an extended stay with the family because the room is spacious, consisting of 2 bedrooms with a spacious balcony. Anyway, the furniture is quite old but still usable as it is made from real wood, very strong and durable. As for the facilities, they are complete, including a swimming pool, gardens, fitness room, and 7-Eleven on the first floor. It's easy and convenient to buy something.
An excellent condo to live like home.

The condo’ location is in Soi Sukhumvit 6, which is an alley next to Soi Sukhumvit 4 (Nana). The area includes restaurants and bars as well as the famous Nana Plaza Bar, where my friends and I like to hang out together. It has a 7-11 convenience store at the building frontage and a small restaurant that is very convenient for me when I wake up and find the things to eat in the morning. Besides, there is also a massage parlor and laundry shop, very convenient! The swimming pool of the condo is huge and clean as well. Juristic persons and staff are friendly and always help the residents. The 2-bedroom unit here is quite large. It can accommodate 4-5 people comfortably. The furniture quality is high. I have been here for two years. And I recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent condo to live like home. This place will definitely be the right choice for you!

Excellent location, walking distance to Nana BTS station just about 300 meters. Big swimming pool. I rented 1 Bedroom unit and love cooking in the room. Anyway, this has no problem with the smell as the kitchen has a separate door. Reasonable cost and clean!

The location of the project is excellent, close to Nana BTS, only 300 meters. The project is in a quiet atmosphere with a good safety system. There are a security guard and access by key card. Many foreigners live here, but the building and hallway are a bit old, like not being maintained at all. There is a swimming pool, indoor parking, and a relaxation area by the pool is available.
