The condo is tranquil and luxurious, but the price is a bit high, not suitable for long-term rent. It's interesting for a short term period because I used to rent it here when I was in Thailand. The common area is clean and pleasant, and has many facilities. Receptionists and guards serve excellent services, and many car parking areas are sufficient. The room decor is luxuriously decorated, including a soft comfy bed, fully equipped with kitchenware, TV, closet, washing machine, etc. It's worth the price paid although it's expensive.
A condo in a prime location connects to many routes.

I stayed at Mayfair Garden with my relatives in the 3 bedrooms in size. It is very spacious, airy and comfortable. The room is decorated impressively to me a lot. Also, the in-room facilities have been gathered in the room, fully furnished. It facilitates everyday life perfectly because the project is located in the Sukhumvit area. This potential business area is suitable for buying and renting it out or buying to stay by yourself. Very worth the investment !! Moreover, it is easily accessible because it is close to Asoke BTS. I can go everywhere easily. In addition, many amenities are near the condo, such as supermarkets and popular shopping centers in Bangkok, only a few minutes away.
The staff is very professional.

I rented a room here for only 3 months, but it was a very impressive time. The staff is very professional. He will always provide service and advice for whatever my family and I want. The room we rented was huge, almost 160 square meters with 2 bedrooms. The interior of the room is remarkable. Every piece of furniture is clean and in good condition. I like the kitchen; the modern equipment is ready for easy cooking. There is nothing to complain about the place. If I have a chance, I will come back for sure.

I have stayed here since moving to Bangkok. Our room is very spacious and offers a good view from the balcony. The condo is far from Asok BTS station, only about 1 kilometer or 15 minutes walk. Convenient for traveling by private car or using public transportation. Facilities and common areas are very well maintained. Recommended for the family who looks for a great living place in Bangkok.

There are four people in our family. The three bedrooms are spacious and sufficient. There is also a living room. If anyone likes to cook, they will be impressed because it is big with full kitchen equipment. Although the building is old and built for a long time, it's well maintained. The common area has a swimming pool, garden, and fitness center, but I rarely go there because of inadequate equipment. The parking space is not enough. Helpful staff. Convenient commuting as it takes 10 minutes to walk.
