-Traveling by car: You can start from EmQuartier, drive southeast along Sukhumvit Road (No. 3) for about 130 meters, make a U-turn at Soi Sukhumvit 24 or Phrom Phong BTS Station and continue straight on Sukhumvit Road for another 2.4 kilometers then, turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit/Sukhumvit 2 and continue for 300 meters, you will find the project entrance on your right.

-Traveling by public transport: The closest station to the project is Nana BTS, only 700 meters away. When you leave the station, walk northwest to Sukhumvit Road (No. 3) about 400 meters, turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit and walk straight for about 80 meters, then continue walking to Soi Sukhumvit / Sukhumvit 2 for another 230 meters. Located in Sukhumvit soi 2 in between two BTS stations. This street is not crowded and is acceptable as a residential street. This low rise projects is outdated but also one of the most affordable projects in this vicinity. The unit layouts in not always functional and the quality of the materials used goes with the age of the building
The condo in the city center is complete with everything.

The condo in the city center is complete with everything. It's close to many department stores, including Central World, Siam Paragon, and Central Embassy. Traveling is also convenient, close to Phloen Chit BTS and Nana BTS. It's easy to find something to eat and not far from the party zone. Unfortunately, there are a few facilities, probably enough for less than 150 units, the facilities are well-maintained, though. The pool is clean. The staff is professional and helpful. The room I bought is now entering its 2nd year. It is a one-bedroom unit, fully furnished and ready to move in. The size is good. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, private, and I feel safe. It's suitable for a single person like me.
