- In terms of using public transportation, you can get off at the nearest station, Nana BTS. After getting off, take Exit 2 and turn right to Soi Sukhumvit 6 for 170 meters. The condo in a superb location

The condo is a bit outdated but situated in a superb location at the end of Soi Nana. The area is tranquil, with a few people passing by. The transportation is not as difficult as you might think because the project is near the main road of Sukhumvit, just 800 meters away. Walking to Nana BTS takes about 10 minutes, extremely convenient. Although the project was completed for a long time, the condition is good. The room I stayed in has three bedrooms at 300 SqM. Apart from adequate space for arranging furniture and storing stuff, the open-plan area also makes the entire room airy and comfortable. The staff's service is average. The facilities are basic like other condos, such as a pool, a gym, and parking space. The price per square meter is not high compared to other condos in the same area. It's worth the money!
The quality rooms and common areas are suitable for the price.

Old condo, but the room and common area quality suit the prices. The room I rented is 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The living area is spacious, with a large balcony to make a small garden for a relaxing corner. The communal project area is also quiet, and the pool is clean, non-crowded. The security system is also excellent, very impressive!

I just moved in last month after buying from the previous owner. Most of my neighbors are both Thai and foreigners like me. They are friendly and disciplined. They comply with the rules. The security guard also has a good service. The room I bought has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The size is immense at 230 square meters. The previous owner agreed to leave some pieces of furniture, and he took some. The neighborhood in Nana area is quite nice for me, close to the offices and convenient commute near Nana BTS.
Condo with full facilities, easy to find food nearby. Security guards are helpful.

I used to work around here and stayed in this place. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well proportioned. The rent fee is not very expensive with full facilities. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to Nana BTS station, but I will take a motorbike taxi when I feel lazy. The environment is good, easy to find food nearby. The security guards are lovely and helpful.

Old-school condominium, very vintage nowadays, without any modern decoration. The furniture in the room is old, mostly made of wood. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, and parking lot available. Security guards provide good service and very helpful.
