To get to the project by car, start from Rama 4 Intersection. Head southeast on Rama 4 Road for 1.8 kilometers; you will find the project on your left.
To get to the project by public transport, you can get off at Thong Lo BTS, the nearest station 1.4 kilometers away. Exit the station and head northwest on Sukhumvit Road for 120 meters. Then, turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 36 for 1.1 kilometers and turn right onto Rama 4 Road and continue for 190 meters; you will find the project on the right.

No pets are allowed at Oka Haus unless specifically permitted by the juristic office. Exceptions can be made for service or guide dogs for persons with disabilities.

This leaves 51 units remaining in the building (or 51% of the total salable). The freehold rights to these units are reserved for Thai nationals in what is commonly referred to as the Thai quota.

A beautiful condo by Sansiri standard. The design and decoration is contemporary with well-selected durable furniture. The facilities are fascinating such as a swimming pool, fitness, theater with high privacy, and a rooftop viewpoint of Bangkok's city view. Every corner of the project was decorated perfectly. Excellent location near Rama 4 Road and 700 meters for Big C Rama 4. The security guards are excellent and very polite.

I saw this project advertised on the website and am very interested in it. The project is easy to find. It is located on the main road, which is Rama IV Road. The traffic is quite heavy in this neighborhood, so you need to plan your commute. The condo is beautifully designed. There are plants decorated in the lobby to make it look shady. The project is more like a resort in the city center. I like a veggie farm that I can control via an application. I can also have a back, leg, foot massage in a hydrotherapy pool or soak in! The one-bedroom unit I visited is about 35 SqM has a beautiful and luxurious decoration. Each piece of furniture is of excellent quality. The room has perfect airflow. Overall, This place is charming to live in!

I rented 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms units, fully furnished and perfectly separated in zones, whether a kitchen, a living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The first time I moved in, I bought only some belongings as the room was ready-to-move-in. The balcony was also spacious, overlooking the surrounding views beautifully. Not many residents use it for the communal pool, which I love because I could spend time privately. Overall, it's considered okay, located in an excellent area. The rate is also reasonable, perfect for working ages.
