- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS Skytrain. The nearest station is Phrom Phong BTS. Firstly, head southeast on Route 3 toward Soi Sukhumvit about 160 meters. Then, turn right onto Soi Sukhumvit 26 / Soi Ari and go straight for about 160 meters. After that, turn right onto Soi Thanying Phuangrat Praphai. Within about 120 meters, you will find the project on your left.

- To get to the project by car, you can start on Route 3, passing the Asok Montri Intersection. Then, keep going for 1.3 kilometers, and turn right to Soi Sukhumvit 26/Soi Ari. After that, go straight for about 400 meters and turn left onto Soi Thanying Phuangrat Praphai. Within 120 meters, you will find the project on the left-hand side.

This condo is suitable for living. Plus, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and the neighbors are lovely. As for the location, it is in a convenient location, close to Benchasiri Park, Terminal 21, Samitivej Hospital, and Phrom Phong BTS, which is so convenient. Every unit comes with full furniture, and it's also divided into the perfect proportion on a spacious usable area. I've been renting for several months now, and I think it's worth every penny.
