Conveniently located and close to the BTS station, the project site is styled beautifully. It offers a full range of facilities such as a lobby lounge, a communal pool, a gym, and a strict security system. Receptionists serve excellent service. It is also easy to access nearby shopping malls, only 15 minutes there, yet many restaurants surround the condo. Life here is full of convenience, not disappointed to buy it.

I bought the room in this project and moved in right after the condo was newly completed. It has been three years now. Overall, the condo is excellent, very suitable for my family and me. Plus, the project has perfect after-sales service, takes care of the residents, and the common area is spotless as there is staff to clean regularly. What I'm impressed with is that there is a lot of privacy with only a few neighbors. The best seems to be the location since it takes just a few steps from the project. You can travel to Wongwian Yai BTS or a taxi. This neighborhood is nearby many restaurants serving both local and international dishes, and just crossing the Taksin Bridge to the Silom and Sathorn areas is very comfortable.
