To get to the project by car, you can start from GNA Medical Center by heading south along Ratchadaphisek Road onto Soi Ratchadaphisek 20/Soi Rung Rueng with a distance of 160 meters. Then, turn left after Krung Thai Bank Intersection and go straight 72 meters. After that, turn left at Intersection 1 onto Soi Rung Rueng and go straight for 87 meters. Then, continue on Soi Rung Rueng for another 21 meters and turn left. After that, go straight for 300 meters and turn right. Within 130 meters, you will find the project on the left.

To get to the project by public transport, you can take the MRT service. The nearest MRT station is Ratchadaphisek MRT. Once you get off the station, head south for 150 meters and take the overpass to cross the road, then turn left to Ratchadaphisek Road by taking the stairs and keep going for 24 meters. After that, slightly turn left onto Ratchadaphisek Road, and go straight for 86 meters. Then, turn left onto Soi Rung Rueng and keep going for 31 meters. After that, turn right and continue for 34 meters. Then, turn left and go straight for 59 meters. After that, turn right and keep going for 74 meters. Then, turn right, and within 130 meters, you will find the project on your left.

Home office suitable for living and business.

I've been an online seller for many years. As a result, I have a growing base of customers and orders, so I have to hire more staff and find a place to stock products. Fortunately, I came across this home office project, so I've got a chance to talk to the salesperson. After knowing the project details, I decided to buy a home office with 2 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, to live and work in the same place. Most importantly, the location of this place is also close to the Kerry Center Ratchada branch, which we contact to pick up items to send to customers as well. Unfortunately, there are almost no amenities, only a security system, parking, shops, and restaurants.
