- To get to the project by public transportation, you can use the MTR service and choose to get off at the Thailand Cultural MRT station. Exit the station and head southwest to go onto Ratchadaphisek Road into Soi Ratchadaphisek 6 for 190 meters. After that, turn left, continue walking for only 58 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

- To get to the project by private car, you can start on Ratchadaphisek Road by heading northeast onto Pracha Songkhro Road for 1.9 kilometers. Then, turn left to continue driving for only 58 meters, and you will find the project on your left.

Stylish condo near MRT station

This project is well designed. I like it! The room I stayed in is a one-bedroom unit of perfect size with complete furniture. The rental price is reasonable, but I wouldn't say I like the laminate flooring as it can be a bit difficult to maintain. By the way, I really like the fitness center, which is spacious and fully-equipped. It's comparable to many top-class fitness centers. More importantly, the project is located on the main road near the Cultural Center MRT, making it easy to get around.

I have lived here for years. It's a luxury condominium that I can touch from the first step of the entrance to the rooftop. The room offers modern functions that are convenient to use. The furniture used to decorate is of good quality at a reasonable price. The common areas are modernly equipped with complete facilities like a 5-star hotel. There is a golf course, separate male's and female's saunas, a rooftop swimming pool overlooking a stunning city view. Moreover, the gym includes more than 10 pieces of equipment. Unfortunately, the parking here is relatively quite small and insufficient for the residents. Besides, the rooms range from 1 to 2 bedrooms with 1 right for car parking space. As for me, I stay in the studio room, and mostly I have to find parking as Visitors' parking space, so most of the time, I solved the problem by using the Skytrain service to get around because it is near Thailand Cultural MRT, just 5 minutes walk. Overall, I'm very impressed with staying here.
