Direction to the Project

-To get to the project by MRT, the nearest Station is Phetchaburi MRT. Once you get off the Station, head north onto Asoke Montri Road, then turn right at the Asoke-Phetchaburi intersection onto New Petchburi Road with a distance of about 2.9 kilometers. After that, make a U-turn at Ekamai Nuea Intersection, and within about 850 meters, you will find the project on your left.

->To get to the project by car, you can start in front of The Emporium by driving northeast along Sukhumvit 24 Road. Then, turn right onto Sukhumvit Road (Route 3), and go straight for 1.1 kilometers. After that, turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 53 for about 260 meters, and turn right onto Soi Thonglor 1 for 230 meters. Then, turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 55 and go straight for 2.1 kilometers. After that, turn left again onto Petchburi Road. Within 450 meters, you will find the project on your right-hand side.

I was looking for a condo for speculating sales and rental business, and then I found this condo on adverts. It is a project from Sansiri in Huai Khwang. The project is open for pre-sales for those who are interested. Plus, it also comes with a lot of discounts. It is on the main road making it convenient to travel and close to shopping malls like The Emporium, The EmQuartier, hospitals, and restaurants. As for the interior of the project, it is said to be the most luxurious. There are 36 stories and many room types to choose from, ranging from 1-2 bedrooms (27-61 square meters). G floor, the 6th floor, and the 36th floor are for facilities like fitness center, swimming pool, garden, clubhouse, restaurant, bar, and lounge. Even from the sample unit, I can tell how stylish it looks. For anyone who wants a luxurious room with a beautiful view of Bangkok city, hurry up and reserve it.
