New project completed in 2020. A large green space is for recreation and providing shade for residents. It occupies up to 4 rai, which is very rare to find in Bangkok. Many shop units in the project will bring the comfort of living to the residents. Room types are available from studio to 3 bedrooms. Furniture used in decoration is of good quality. More importantly, the project is located near The MRTA subway station, only 350 meters, and is scheduled to open next year.
Good condo with nice swimming pool. Easy to reach the city.

Good condo. Easy to travel in-out and reach to the city or easily to the airport. The price is not very high if compared with other condos. There is a very beautiful long swimming pool with a good view, many of my friends are so impressed. Super convenient with 7-Eleven in the condo. Our 1 bedroom unit size is just right for me, with a sliding door in the kitchen area to prevent odor disturbing when cooking. A little window in my bedroom that can get natural light and ventilation makes the room not stuffy at all. Very good!

Supalai Veranda Rama 9 is a project that we decide to buy. I like the design of the buildings, twin towers. There is a walkway connecting the buildings easily walk to another building. There are very few tall buildings around the project, which I can touch the beautiful view. The atmosphere inside and around the condo is relatively calm. It is mostly covered with green spaces. Also, there is a corner to sit back and relax. The transportation here is quite convenient as well because it is close to the main road and Si Rat Expressway.
Good location on Rama 9 Road and in the future there is an Orange Line sky train.

You can easily travel to the project since it is located on Rama 9 Road, and in the future, there will be an Orange Line Skytrain passing the project. When the station is completed, the value of the project will increase. The project is quite huge, with more than 1,000 residential units. The common area covers all facilities you are looking for, such as a swimming pool, a gym, a co-working space, and a sky lounge. Also, there is free wi-fi available in public areas. The price is still affordable for renting and living, and it is suitable for people working in Asoke, Huay Kwang, or Rama 9, both buy for renting or living.

For staying here, I am impressed with the facilities that the project offers. Everything is very comfortable and excellent, with shady gardens and beautiful landscaping, including a large swimming pool and a kid's pool. The striking tall building is located next to the main road and is designed in a quaint design. It is a large building and can be connected to another building. The common area is excellently decorated as well as the staff is very helpful and attentive. The meeting room, living room, and reception are available for 24 hours so that you can ask for help at any time. The bedroom is well-proportioned; it is a 1-bedroom, perfect for 1-2 people, and decorated with good furniture quality. The room is airy and spacious and enough space for relaxation. There is enough parking space for the number of residents. So I don't waste time looking for a parking space for a long time. It is inconvenient for traveling because it is almost 2 kilometers from Rama 9 MRT station; if you have a car, it is more convenient. Nearby amenities will be Central Rama 9, Show DC, and Ratchada Train Night Market, 5-7 kilometers away from the project.

I love a condominium here as the swimming pool is stunning, with only a few people using it. The gym is quite spacious with average equipment. The room is not that spacious, but comfy enough for living alone. The location is outskirts suitable for residents with cars. In the future, there will be the Orange Line MRT that will be convenient. Oh! There is also a 7-Eleven in the project, nice! Unfortunately, the number of units is quite dense, so it will be noisy sometimes.

Livable condo with pleasant atmosphere and stunning view. I got my 1-bedroom unit at an affordable price. The room is perfect with partial furniture. It's on the 6th floor, opening to the city view. Inside the project, there are 7-11, which is quite convenient. The facilities include a pool, a gym, a garden. The common area is clear. Good location near the Si Rat Expressway and famous hospitals such as Bangkok Hospital and Piyavate Hospital.

I love to stay here because the swimming pool is nice and the gym completes everything. The neighbors are also cute people. There is also an on-site convenience store, such as 7-Eleven. Besides, it is close to a shopping mall and the MRT station, which will open for the service soon. The security and staff are professional and polite. It is impressive if anyone is looking for a condo in a great location. This condo is newly built and just recently completed. There is a full range of id facilities, making life more comfortable. Therefore, I decided to rent this condo. It's close to everything and easily accessible, near Ramkhamhaeng ARL station as well. It is also close to various tourist attractions and many convenient places.
