This condominium project is expected to be completed next year with reasonable launch prices. It is ideal for investment and living. I love the location as there are various shopping centers and are easily accessible. The condo has been wonderfully designed, and the project highlight I love the most will include the sky pool and the luxury lobby. Although many other condominiums are surrounded in this city center, I think it is another interesting choice. I'm looking forward to it!

It is close to Hua Mak ARL station and close to Suvarnabhumi Airport as well. It is also close to the community mall, definitely comfortable. I am interested in this condo, which will be completed in mid-year of 2023. I am very interested in this condo and went to see the showroom. The interior gives a modern decoration. It is also convenient to help you use your daily life very well. If you like convenience, I recommend it here. Moreover, the price is also reasonable for this location as it is near the MRT station in the future too.

From my first visit, I fell in love with the project, so I bought a one-bedroom here without furniture. The room is large and airy. Most importantly, the price is very low. The design and interior are so attractive and stylish, including an English Garden. The infinity-edge pool comes with an onsen. Parking space is adequate, don't worry that you can't find one. Quiet location suitable for living.

For investors, the condo is located in the new CBD Rama 9 area which has many office buildings, top universities, and many hospitals nearby. There is a chance that the land price will increase again because it is near the future MRT station. The project is a good location, next to Rama 9 Road and the Orange Line. Also, near the expressway. The project is a mixed-use, this makes it different from the others. It is surrounded by a large community with famous restaurants and cafes. The project focus on enhancing the living of the residents such as using the Siamese Technology system to people nowaday who need safety life even in their homes. This one is very interesting, especially the home air ventilation system, heat protection, and the soundproof walls that blocking sound from outside. Not only the project has a large common area but also is a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna. The interior design of the room is different from the others, by the design with a double-layered room. The bedroom is a mezzanine with the ceilings are very high. Overall, the project is so attractive. And suitable for long-term investment for renting or selling in the future.

i like modern loft style concept of the room, air ventilation technology to protect PM 2.5 inside the unit, easy to get to BTS and public transportation, great common facility. Surrounded by many well-known shopping, International School etc. rooms size are still small but compromise with other condos in the similar area is still better. competitive price per square meter which very reasonable for brand new condos in the same area.

I had a chance to visit the project's new launch event. It is a good project that answers the needs of the new generation's lifestyles. It combines all convenience here only as there are offices, shops, and residences suitable for all styles. The famous designer has designed the interior blends with the concept of reflecting the identity of 5 major cities of 5 countries, including Bangkok, Stockhome, Tokyo, New York, and Paris, to be co-working space. Besides, the community mall allows everyone to enjoy their life in the area of 13 Rai. I am very interested in this project because it is suitable for long term investment. Many important places surround it. In the future, I believe that there will be a lot of foreigners investing in it. So, I booked one unit because the starting price is not too high. It is about 2.5 Million Baht as well as the location is reasonable compared to the price. It is 350 meters close to MRT orange line. Anyone who hasn't known which projects are good yet, I recommend it here, and you will definitely be fascinated like me.
