Nice room with a lot of space

I live here at 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom unit; it is fully furnished. The living area is not very spacious and limited. However, life here is conveniently traveling and going to work. Moreover, there are outdoor and indoor pools, a fully equipped gym, and a strict security system in the common area. The guards are lovely and juristic people are very accommodating. More importantly, car parking is sufficient. In my view, I think it is worth the price paid.
An affordable condo in the city center

It's a condo in the heart of the city at an affordable price. The location is close to Rama 9 Road, making it easy to get around. If you don't have a car, don't worry as it's also close to Rama 9 MRT station. If you walk, it will take less than 10 minutes. The units within the project is quite dense, so it's not suitable for those who want privacy. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit, fully furnished, but the room size is quite narrow. However, it's comfy enough to stay alone. Parking space is sufficient. Overall, I think it's worth the price.

The condo is located in the Bangkapi area, surrounded by shopping centers and convenience stores, which is complete and satisfies my needs very much. As for the room that I rented, it is fully furnished. The areas are also divided with the right proportions, very private. The kitchen area is equipped with quality equipment, including a kitchen counter with a handy storage cabinet, making the room very tidy. Besides, traveling is convenient, just a few minutes to walk from the project to Rama 9 MRT.

The condo is not very new but in the best location near Rama 9 Road. The location is convenient as it's connected to MRT station and Central Rama 9 department store. The number of residential units is quite large, with a high density of neighbors. The condo comes with a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a good security system. However, the staff didn't speak with polite manners. The voice tones they used didn't sound friendly at all.

I rented the room here because it is easy to go to work at Silom and many of my colleagues also live here, just walk to Phra Ram 9 MRT station approximately 400 meters or take the motorbike taxi. It is convenient for anyone who does not have a private car, and the condo has not enough parking lots. I also recommended my friends take MRT when they want to visit me here. Anyway, the swimming pool is on the ground floor, not private at all.
