- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the MRT service at the Phahon Yothin MRT. When you leave the station, continue walking southeast along Lat Phrao Road with a distance of about 600 meters. Then, turn right onto Soi Lat Phrao 10 to continue further for another 180 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

- To get to the project by car, you can start from Big C Lat Phrao 2 by heading southeast along Lat Phrao Road with a distance of about 300 meters. Then, make a U-turn at the Soi Lat Phrao 15 and continue driving along Lat Phrao Road for about 500 meters. Afterward, turn left onto Soi Lat Phrao 10 for about 180 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

The condo close to Phahon Yothin MRT

It is a low-rise condo next to Phahon Yothin MRT, with only 800 meters of walking distance, making life in Bangkok easier. The location is also close to shopping malls and plazas, which are Big C, CentralPlaza Lat Phrao, Union Mall, and Chatuchak Market. There are also medical facilities surrounded, such as Praram 9 Hospital and Bangkok Hospital. The project site is tastefully decorated with quality furniture and offers 3 room types. For me, I just only bought a 1 bedroom condo because I live alone and it suits me with a perfect size. The facilities are complete, including the reception, gym, swimming pool, garden, and rooftop lounge. Importantly, the selling price is reasonable, which attracts my heart.
