Traveling by public transport: You can use the BTS Sukhumvit Line to travel to the project. The closest station is Kasetsart University BTS station. Once you get off the station, take a taxi to travel further to the project, driving on Prasert-Manukitch Road for about 6.7 kilometers or 20 minutes.

Traveling by car: You can start from Pattavikorn Market, head south on Nawamin Road for 550 meters, turn right onto Prasert-Manukitch Road for about 3 kilometers, then use the right lane to make a U-turn and drive straight for 250 meters. Afterward, turn left onto Soi Prasert-Manukitch 33 and continue straight for 72 meters. The project will be in front of you.

A nice condo with a big swimming pool

This project is adjacent to Prasert Manukit Road. If you have a car, it's simple to get around, but it might be a little difficult for those without cars. The neighborhood has all the amenities. There is a market on the other side of the road as well. The project design is pretty good. The swimming pool is huge. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed because of the shady trees. There is only a one-bedroom type, but the sizes of living spaces are varied. The furnishings and interiors are of the highest quality and are exquisitely decorated. I love it!
